Intrinsic is working to transform semiconductor memories, making them both more efficient and more powerful. We aim to deliver a non-volatile memory that can not only be easily integrated on the same chip that is doing the computation, but a memory that is faster, cheaper and lower energy than the Flash memory we use today

Direct integration

Our technology exploits silicon dioxide – one of the most microelectronics-friendly materials there is. We use industry-standard fabrication and simple processes. CMOS-compatibility is one of our core values and strengths

Low power consumption

Direct integration enabled by our silicon oxide devices reduces power consumption by orders of magnitude compared to external Flash whilst offering vastly superior performance

Low cost

Simple materials, simple design and CMOS compatibility make our technology low cost, yet high performance

Secure

The more computing power we can integrate into microcontrollers and edge processors, the less they need to communicate with the Cloud. That means less danger of data being intercepted

5X smaller

Our devices can be integrated with more advanced processors than Flash can, delivering a dramatically smaller chip
